Over the past year I have felt really lost...my life has had some difficult twists and turns, and the whole thought of my daughter leaving for college this next fall has me in a bit of a tail spin. Travis's program began with an enlightening workshop, that is the foundation for his teachings. The program Travis designed consists of seven essential steps that he refers to as "7 Actions for Creating Energy for the Body, Mind, and Spirit". This workshop has helped me feel more centered allowing me to focus and reflect upon questions that are leading me to who and what I want to be. I meditate on them daily and feel the positive changes that are generated from these actions. All of these combined have led to me slowly but surely making positive strides in my life, slowly taking "baby steps," and happily being able to see them add up moving me towards my dreams and my ultimate personal growth. Through Travis's program I have also seen an amazing reduction in my stress levels. I no longer have endless nights of tossing and turning, no more teeth grinding, and my hair dresser has even commented on how much thicker and healthier my hair looks! I am also finding myself enjoy things that I have not enjoyed in years as well as finding new joys and passions in life! I know I will always have room to grow and I look forward to continuing to use these wonderful tools he has shared with me to live my life to the fullest!
